Project Overview:

Our client had recently relocated from Hawaii and arrived with no furniture into a completely empty space. They wanted a modern, comfortable family room with the fireplace being the focal point, performance fabric for their children and two small dogs, and for the color scheme to be neutral, black, and mustard in every room on their first level.

It was important to make this space comfortable enough for the family, pets and kids but also suitable as an entertaining space for friends and extended family.

Monique and our team chose a customizable sectional with motorized recliners for comfortable lounging. The beautiful cream performance fabric withstands both their kids and pets.

The natural wood table is perfect for knocks and spills, and leather armchairs can be wiped clean. In fact, everything in this space was picked for it to be the central hub of the home where nobody has to worry about sticky fingers or muddy paws!

We also designed the family’s dining room which placed 1st place at DESIGNCON2022.
