Modern Luxe Dining Room

Project Overview:

This dining room, located in a newly built home, had remained vacant for several years, providing a blank canvas for transformation. By carefully curating materials, textures, and finishes, the design brings the clients’ vision to life, blending modern elegance with a serene and grounded aesthetic.

In this interior design project, Monique Holland effortlessly carried the color palette from the adjacent family room and kitchen into the dining area, ensuring a seamless and harmonious flow throughout the home. The space was elevated with a luxurious copper-toned vinyl wallpaper applied above the chair rail molding, infusing warmth and texture into the room.

At the heart of the design is a grand wooden dining table, beautifully complemented by velvet-upholstered chairs with sleek black lacquered legs, striking a perfect balance between modern sophistication and timeless elegance. A captivating landscape artwork serves as the room’s focal point, flanked by chic buffet lamps that enhance its presence. Together, these elements create a refined and inviting ambiance, making the dining area a standout feature in this beautifully curated space.
