Holland Custom Designs offers interior design services for residential and  commercial projects and will assist you with the master plan, prioritization, and implementation of your project from start to finish. The project could be a complete makeover or simply updating one area or element.

Monique visits your home and discusses how she can work with you to design and decorate in the best way to suit your home and your life style. She will draw up plans, and show you furniture and fabric selections based on what you have told her. Monique is fully involved in the project from beginning to end, including selection and purchasing and lastly, installation and the big reveal – the most exciting part!

Since 2020 we have been accredited with the ASID for Biophilic design and Health and Wellness for livable homes. Monique has recently received certification as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

Commercial Projects

Holland Custom Designs works with both residential and commercial interior design. Working with your in-house facilities team, we handle everything from selecting finishes to coordinating with contractors.

Recent Projects

• Full design services for an OBGYN at Adventist Healthcare, White Oak Medical Center in Silver Spring, MD.
• New lobby drawings for the National Centre for Children and Families. This included work on the main building and training building.
• Drawings for the lobby and offices of the President and CEO of the Humane Rescue Alliance in Washington, DC.
